Small batches
We cook our broth at a low temperature for 48 hours in small batches. We also add seaweed to the broth to add nutrients and enhance the flavour.
Ingredients: Beef bones, seaweed, onion, carrot, celery, sea salt and apple cider vinegar, and filtered water.
