Description
We source our meat from a local certified organic farm where the cattle are grass-fed all year round and the animals are born and reared without the use of pesticides, hormones or unnecessary antibiotics. The farmer we work with uses seaweed in the nourishment of his cattle. This adds to the quality of the meat. The animals are carefully and humanely farmed in a certified organic environment. We use a freeze drying process that preserves sensitive vitamins and minerals

Two forms of vitamin A are available in the human diet:
1. Preformed vitamin A and Pro-vitamin A carotenoids
Preformed vitamin A is found in foods from animal meat (especially liver). Pro-vitamin A carotenoids is found in plant food. Preformed vitamin A requires conversion to retinol in the body in order to be utilised, making it difficult to absorb. Preformed vitamin A is both ready for your body to use and easy to assimilate.
